Alabama Possible

Alabama Possible is a statewide nonprofit organization that removes barriers to prosperity in Alabama through education, collaboration, and advocacy. 

Blueprints College Access Iniatitive

The Blueprints College Access Initiative is a college access program sponsored by Alabama Possible.  It connects 21st century high school students and their families with resources and relationships so that they are equipped to graduate from high school college and career ready. 

Free Application for Federal Student Aid - FAFSA (ex:  Pell Grants)

    • FSA ID:  Federal Student Aid ID that is used to sign your FAFSA.
    • Whether you're enrolling in college for the first time or returning to school after a period of time off, you should apply for federal student aid.
    • You will need to reapply every year you attend college.
    • Federal student aid from the U.S. Department of Education is the largest source of aid in America, providing over $150 billion in grants, work-study, and federal loans for students attending four-year colleges or universities, community colleges, and career schools.

Free After-School Tutoring



Quizlet is a website that provides flash cards for almost any subject imaginable and is a great study resource. If you cannot find what you like already created on the site you can sign-up for a free account and create your own.


Homework Help  

This service is provided free of charge to all residents of Alabama by the APLS (the State Library of Alabama) and your local Public Library with a Library Services and Technology Act grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

Talent Search - Wallace State

This TRIO program is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education and housed at Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, Alabama.  Interested students may get an application in the school counselor's office.  Each week, the Talent Search representatives visits Cleveland High School to assist students that with academic tutoring, career exploration, and college preparation counseling.
